Some of the new Ford vehicles on the market feature a cool technology called Blind Spot Information System. This system is very useful for drivers, as it helps them identify cars in their blind spot. To assist drivers, these Ford vehicles have a light on the each of the side view windows. When there is a car to the side, the light illuminates, letting the driver know that there is a car there. It works by using sensors which have been added onto the sides of the vehicle and can detect objects next to you. The system is very useful for drivers when making lane changes, or when overtaking other cars. It is very accurate, and it even works at low speeds. Although this may not completely eliminate problems, it is definitely going to help a lot of drivers. Not having to turn around while driving sounds pretty convenient.
