The Interstate Ford Service Department has been exceeding customer expectations for nearly 30 years. Our Service Team is led by Dennis DeVer, Interstate Service Director.
Dennis has been working with Chuck to deliver outstanding automotive service for more than twenty years. You'll find that he prices the routine service procedures like oil changes, tire rotations and the basics more than competively when compared to the quick stop places.
Our Service Advisors act as your personal liaisons with our factory trained, highly qualified technicians to service your vehicle quickly and correctly. Every Service Advisor oversee's the repairs and ensures they are done professionally. There are 4 Service Advisors ready to greet you on arrival and assist with your Service requirements. Connie, Pete and Angel manage the main service entrance, and Mike covers the Quick Lane desk.

We support Ford Motor Company's Quality Care Maintenance Program. Maintaining your vehicle at the proper mileage will assure that your vehicle stays in good mechanical condition. Ford Motor Co. requires that your vehicle be properly maintained at very specific intervals.
